THE BOOKS BY BARBER STORY

Hello everyone! We are Joe and Carmelle Barber, owners of Books by Barber. We have been together since 2018, married since 2021, and live in Carleton Place Ontario with our dog Molly. Outside of Books by Barber, Joe is a a very successful financial controller for a large company encompassing several businesses in Ottawa and the surrounding area, whereas Carmelle is an accomplished  physiotherapist working in pediatrics.

Since he began his academic journey, Joe has always had a dream of owning and operating his own company, and driven by the need for bookkeeping services in our area, Books by Barber was created!

Outside of work, we love spending time with family and friends (especially our girl Molly!), we. enjoy pursuing our own athletic and creative endeavours, and we are avid travellers and adventure seekers. We look forward to working with all of you!
